REFUND
POLICY

General Policy

Geron Labs delivers custom software engineering and AI automation services. Due to the nature of custom digital work — where significant time and resources are invested immediately upon project start — all sales are generally final.

We are committed to delivering high-quality results and will work with you to resolve any issues before considering a refund request.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel an order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided that work has not yet commenced on your project.

  • >Cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
  • >No work must have been started on the project
  • >Refund is processed via the original payment method through Paddle
  • >Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Partial Refunds

If work has begun but the project is cancelled by the client, a partial refund may be issued for the portion of work not yet completed, at our discretion.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work remaining relative to the total agreed scope, minus any fixed setup costs incurred.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • >Project has been fully delivered and accepted
  • >Cancellation requested after 24-hour window with work in progress
  • >Client-caused delays, scope changes, or failure to provide required materials
  • >Dissatisfaction with third-party service limitations (OpenAI, Telegram, etc.)
  • >Change of mind after delivery

Failed Delivery

If Geron Labs is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the cancellation window.

We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfill an order and initiate the refund process without requiring a request from you.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us via:

Include your order number (from your Paddle receipt), a brief description of the issue, and your preferred resolution. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may initiate a dispute through Paddle's buyer protection process. We will cooperate fully with any Paddle mediation requests.
